You can ask Claw Mart to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Send a request by e-mail to support@claw-mart.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or message or call the store you visited: Duluth, GA (678) 404-7788 · West Palm Beach, FL (561) 365-6306. Tell us the name, phone number, e-mail address or social-media handle you used with us so we can find your records.
Your contact details and messages from our website chat and contact form, SMS and e-mail opt-in records (you will no longer receive marketing texts or e-mails), rewards/points records held under your name and phone number, and any comments, mentions or messages we stored from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Content you posted on those platforms stays under the platform's own controls and can be removed there.
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (for example purchase receipts) or to resolve a dispute.
